His 40 time wasn't terribly impressive, generally ranging from 4.52 to 4.59, though this is more acceptable for a relatively large cornerback like Desir. His 2nd Gear Score was a flat 0, so his deep speed probably is accurately captured by his 40 time. His Agility Score was a slightly below average -0.330, which is a little discouraging, but not unforgivable. He did have a fairly good Kangaroo Score of 0.556, though I place less value on this for corners, than I do at other positions. His Avg PD is 15, which is a very good result, though it obviously came against a very low level of competition.

Like I said, I really haven't been able to watch play Desir very much so far. I generally wouldn't bet on someone with his profile becoming a huge success, but he also isn't the sort of player that I think is doomed to be a failure. He probably fits the mold of a safety somewhat better than he does that of a corner. If he is going to continue playing corner, I suspect he would do better in press coverage, where he can employ his above average lower body power a bit more. Of course, this is just a hunch.Sidney Mussburgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03104367326238874951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9104858724022491504.post-34307237406975689132014-04-12T15:10:27.429-04:002014-04-12T15:10:27.429-04:00I was wondering if you could add Pierre Desir to y...I was wondering if you could add Pierre Desir to your list.
